Insight 2004 can only be hailed as
a total success for Gamma Associates and improved on
the expectations which we had gained from last years
show at Olympia. The number of visitors attending our
stand was up by 32% and the quality of the enquiries
proved the event to be more than worthwhile.
The facilities
for demonstrating mTAB, mTABWEB and auditHOST, our new
product for mystery shopping, were at times stretched
to the limit. All three terminals were in constant use
and at peak periods generated a queue of people who
took advantage of our supply of sweets and jelly beans.
The interest in auditHOST was particularly
encouraging, with many companies looking for a bespoke
software package which genuinely has something special
to offer and auditHOST certainly has lots to offer.
A number of our Blue Chip clients
also took the time to support us by visiting our stand
which is very encouraging, especially as we are aware
just how busy they are.
To help celebrate our campaign "Making
Molehills out of Mountains", we decided to have
a prize draw to win Molly and Monty Mole who have been
burrowing away through the enquiries from the campaign
during the last year.
The star prize was a Magnum of Veuve
Cliquot Ponsardin Champagne with a special Champagne
Cork Remover to save the stress of struggling with this
task. The lucky winner of the Champagne was Louise Parker
of Friends Provident. The Moles were won by Cathrene
Rowell of RMM Marketing Research International Gmbh
(who took the photo on the right) and Sarah Owen of
BusinessWeek Magazine.
You can see
from the photograph how at home our Moles were at Insight
2004 and they generated a bit of a cult following from
visitors and other exhibitors alike. We had a number
of interested visitors who really wanted to give our
Moles a good home, but unfortunately not every one could
be a winner.
ASC Conference: 22nd April 2004
at Imperial College London
Automation in the Survey Process
Held at Imperial College, London, the event
sought to highlight the challenges faced when conducting continuous
surveys, focussing on how measures to accommodate change in
the survey must be implemented. Clearly, this is one of mTAB's
strengths and it was entirely appropriate that Gamma should
continue it's support of the ASC by exhibiting at this event!
