mTAB - Not just a unique
piece of software
Purchasing mTAB from Gamma Associates entitles
you to much more than access to the software and a licence
agreement to use it, the company prides itself that
the service provided as part of the mTAB package
is second to none.
Before the user receives their first
mTAB Database the staff at Gamma Associates are
working to ensure that they can get the most from their
data. By liasing closely with the customer and the research
agency, mTAB Databases are tailored to each client's
individual needs. Many of our databases now include
a wide variety of derived questions, such as lifestage
groupings, customer loyalty calculations, or client
specific product and respondent segmentation. Results
from techniques such as Factor and Cluster analysis
can also be combined with the original data and supplied
as a bespoke version of the database.
The mTAB service also entitles
you to:
- Instant access to your databases
as soon as they are created by logging on to mTABWeb
or for mTAB desktop customers via our secure
download sites.
- If required we will be happy to
organise a visit to a client's office to install and
configure mTAB desktop software on standalone
PC's and corporate networks.
- Tuition is supplied either on site
or in our training suite, courses range from Initial
Basic Training to Advanced User. Our mTAB experts
will tailor each training session to suit your specific
needs as well as providing client specific training
materials.
- Unlimited technical assistance
for our products via our telephone "hotline"
and e-mail support. This includes, but is not exclusive
to, queries regarding mTAB software or individual
databases, advice on running different kinds of analysis
within the mTAB environment and guidance as to
how to get the best out of an your data.
- The provision of backup media for
mTAB desktop clients including the software itself
and all the relevant databases.
- Access to our online documentation
including latest version information and tips is available
through the links to the left
