mSLICE

Focused and Cost-Effective Database Marketing

The full analytical power of mTAB will enable you to analyse your market, and mSLICE allows you to then identify your target customers to:

  • Add greater precision to your targeting of marketing or research initiatives
  • Service your customers more efficiently
  • Understand your key types of customer

And by linking research data to customer records, you can:

  • Track how customer attitudes are changing
  • Identify the value of different customer groups
  • Evaluate the potential of new markets and sectors

Why mSLICE?

mSLICE, working in conjunction with mTAB, offers the opportunity to identify key customers from the results of your market research surveys and export this target set of customers' details into corporate customer databases or other systems.

Who uses mSLICE?

mSLICE has been specifically designed to ensure ease of use. Very little training is required to use the mSLICE feature and this ensures that all of your marketing team can readily use it.

How do you use mSLICE?

mSLICE is the optional Database Marketing component incorporated into the mTAB or mTABWeb analysis tools. mSLICE also benefits from the ease of use of mTAB and as a result defining the criteria of the required target group is achieved by simple drag and drop mouse operations. Once the marketeer has identified the target group, activating the mSLICE menu item will allow the user to produce a file ready to be incorporated into customer databases.

Key features

  • mTAB's sophisticated filtering feature allows the analyst to easily and precisely define target customers
  • Full Boolean logic options are available to aid target definition
  • Ability to create new variables from the responses to existing questions allows an unlimited number of parameters to be used for defining targets
  • Options to select any number of survey details from all customers who meet target criteria
  • Export respondent identifiers and selected details as ASCII files providing the ability to import the data into corporate customer databases or systems

Is there any help available?

A comprehensive user manual supports the mSLICE feature. Additionally clients are entitled to use telephone and email support.
