We are always pleased to hear that new users to mTAB find it easy to use and that they are quickly running tabs and analysing the data with very little guidance.
However, there really is no substitute for attending one of our mTAB training courses. In our experience mTAB users only really appreciate the scope and possibilities of mTAB once they are fully trained.
It is for this reason that training is available to our mTAB users, often FREE of charge.
Intended for new or part-time users of the software, our Beginner training sessions offer an introduction to who we are and how the software can best be utilised.
We will introduce the new user to the basic features of mTAB including Worksheet Functionality, Reading Spreadsheets, Freezing Titles, Saving and Exporting, Sorting, Zero Suppression, Thresholding and others. We include a guided Workshop with customised speciment questions and solutions tailored to your requirements.
Once a user has become more familiar with the software, or perhaps need to deepen their analysis, tehy may benefit from an Advanced User Training session.
Included in this training is introduction to the more advanced features of mTAB including, Subsets and the Subset Editor, Filters and Layers.
We provide client-focused workshops and examples for the user but we can tailor our training to the particular needs of your users.
If necessary, we can arrange for our Trainers to visit your offices to conduct any of our training sesssions.
If we are travelling outside of the UK, there may be travel costs to be covered but we will discuss these with you.
Please contact us to discuss your requirements as travel arrangements are often complex and we will often require advance notice to guarantee specific dates.
If travelling is impractical or you only have a one or two users requiring training, we may be able to offer training using internet-based conferencing and screen display/control software.
