In January of this year Gamma Associates launched mTABView, our companion service to mTABWeb.
mTABView is the easy way to create, maintain and publish your market research reports. The completed reports can then be easily exported to Microsoft PowerPoint as fully functional real charts and tables or alternatively the completed reports can be sent to Excel.
Since the launch, our Client Services team have been on the road demonstrating the service to a number of clients, therefore we asked Keith and Sophie what the reaction has been to this new Gamma offering.
“Overwhelming” was the one word answer with which Keith responded, then added "We haven’t met any client yet that has not been impressed with mTABView. The immediate reaction of people we talk to is that they strongly believe that mTABView could be the answer to a lot of their reporting requirements."
Sophie commented..
"As we progress through the demonstration, you can almost see the Clients getting more and more excited."
"Clients seem to be impressed with how easy it is to build charts and tables, but then the overlay feature just simply blows then away. Unbelievably, every client that has seen a demonstration of the service has gone on to request an account for them to try themselves."
The ongoing challenge now for our team, since the requests for accounts to this service has surpassed our expectations, is ensuring that training materials and the level of support we can provide is up to scratch.
Luckily, many of our clients understand that we here at Gamma are still learning about all the possibilities mTABView can bring, but we are enjoying the challenge. The challenge is ongoing as well with at least two more updates of mTABView planned for 2010.
