of the Gamma team try to ensure that the level of support provided
to all of our mTAB users is second to none. We understand that to
get the best out of any software package, assistance is required,
so we provide a wide range of support services, to allow each mTAB
user to get the help and assistance they require, in the manner
that they prefer.
Comprehensive
help is available within the mTAB software. Assistance is available
on all of the key features of the mTAB software as well as background
information on the survey being analysed and a copy of the questionnaire
in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
Our web site is
also a valuable resource of information. Once provided with a username
and password an mTAB user can gain full access to the support services
area, which allows the user to download specific sections of the mTAB
training manual. For a username and password please email your contact

If you prefer
to talk to somebody, our expert support team provide help on a daily
basis. The Gamma telephone, fax and email "hotline" service is available
between 9:00 and 5:30, Monday to Friday (UK time, excluding National
Holidays). Outside of these hours, clients are more than welcome
to contact our PAI partners in the USA, who will again endeavour
to help as much as possible.

Please do not
be afraid to contact us. Our support team deal with enquiries every
day and are more than happy to help you. If you feel mTAB should
be capable of doing something, it probably can, so please call us
for advice.
Finally, we
feel our support is second to none, but we would! This is a comment
from one user who was introduced to mTAB recently:
"I have already asked GAMMA for tech support, and have always
had my answer. It was a different question every time… Once it
was for help building a complicated question with many filters,
another time was for an urgent query because our computer network
was down… Every time, the tech service was available in a few
seconds (they do pick up the phone quickly, same with replies
to emails, this is noticeable enough to be underlined !), and
always had a quick answer to provide me with. They really were
a great help. Two thumbs-up for my experience !"
