This is the first issue of what we hope will become a regular e-mail newsletter for those who are interested or involved with the PAI-GAMMA Partnership and our products. In the newsletter we will be bringing you the latest news on our people, our products and plans. In this inaugural issue you will also find the first column from our new technology correspondent Miranda Mole. The past twelve months seemed to fly past and a lot has happened since our last paper based newsletter, so we have a lot of catching up to do.

MORI Adopt mTABWEB

mTABWeb was launched in Europe at the UK market research agency MORI in January 2004, and the take-up has been dramatic. At the same time it enabled MORI to switch its quarterly financial survey to monthly, with a massively positive response from clients.

Kim Cramant at the Co-op Bank said "the service is so user friendly and flexible and the back up support, when needed, is very efficient and reliable". MFS clients now have access to survey results immediately after the fieldwork and data processing has been completed. Additionally, delivery via the Web eliminates the inherent delays caused by the provision of installation CDs which have to be delivered, verified by IT departments and then installed on the users PC. In some cases this process was taking months, so the immediacy of using mTAB for the Web has resulted in huge benefits for clients.
